Which range is best for me?
Choose from several distinctive ranges, all lead crystal and following Riedel's original principles:
Vinum was Riedel's first machine made range, and follows their principle of shaping the glass to suit each grape varietal. Perfect for everyday use and great value. Vinum XL is Riedel's new generation of machine made glasses. Big and bold, with glasses for the major grape varietals. Vinum Extreme is specially shaped for the more concentrated New World wines. Veritas is a range of glasses that are 15% taller than Vinum and 25% lighter, while still being dishwasher safe, break resistant and suitable for everyday use. Sommeliers represents the pinnacle of Riedel's art. These were the original wine-specific glasses, mouth-blown by Riedel's craftsmen. Acclaimed by wine writers and experts around the World, the finest glasses you can give your wine. Riedel O is different and unusual - a range of stemless wine tumblers. It's fun, feels good to hold, looks trendy and it works! Grape is a beautiful machine blown range, with a seamless pulled stem - perfect for the well-laid table and won't break the bank. Vitis is tall, elegant and distinctive (but can still go in the dishwasher!) Ouverture is inexpensive, simple glass that will increase the drinking pleasure of wine and spirits.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to despatch goods within 1-3 working days (or within 24 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. All orders are normally sent by DPD on 48 hour delivery (UK Mainland), excluding weekends.
DPD will require your shipment to be signed for. We strongly recommend that you have your parcel delivered to an address where someone can sign for it (e.g. a work address or a neighbour). We can take instructions for deliveries to be left with no signature (a 'no signature required' label will be attached to your parcel), but this is entirely at your own risk - we cannot take any responsibility whatsoever for parcels that go missing or astray if they have not been signed for. Deliveries usually arrive between 8am and 6pm and if you supply your mobile phone number when ordering you will receive a SMS message from DPD advising of delivery times and options to redirect your parcel.
You can request your parcel to be delivered the next day before noon which costs £9.95

Do you offer express delivery?
Even though our normal service is fast, we also offer express delivery (for mainland UK deliveries only). The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is £6.95. If we do not have the item in stock we will inform you and will refund the difference between our standard delivery charge.
Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we'll despatch your parcel on our express service for delivery the following working day. Orders placed on Friday with express service will be delivered the following Monday. Deliveries aren't made on bank holidays. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands - express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
How do I pay for my items?
We accept all credit cards (Except: American Express & Diners Club).
Now Accepting PayPal We now accept PayPal payments (PayPal is the faster, easier and safer way to shop online).
Can I track my order?
When we ship your glasses we will email you confirmation with a tracking number for your order. You can check progress online at www.dpd.co.uk/service/ with this number.
How do I know if the glasses I want are in stock?
If the item is shown on the web page with button we normally keep these items in stock.
If the item is shown on the web page with button these may be on order and there may be a short delay. We will email you if your items are not in stock
Don't worry, we NEVER take payment from your card until your order is shipped, so if we're out of stock and you don't want to wait you can cancel your order anytime.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Yes we do! Saturday delivery costs £14.95 and Sunday delivery costs £16.95.
What guarantee do you offer?
If you should unfortunately break your Riedel glasses within 6 months, you can purchase replacements at half price! (You just need to send us a photo showing the broken glass)
What if I change my mind?
At 'The Riedel Shop' you have the right to change your mind. The Riedel Shop guarantees to take back from you any purchase that is unused, for a full refund if bought within last 30 days - all you pay is the postage. Naturally, if your purchase is faulty we will refund you the full purchase price, or replace it straight away free of charge if you'd prefer. All we need is to send us (or e-mail us) a photo of a damage as a proof.
